Dry Training 2020
As part of the Squad Diving Training, the sessions will be focusing on gymnastics, fitness, dive skills & will allow the club to implement a dry training monitoring & assessment programme (assessing skills & fitness levels).
Location: GwynJim Gymnastics Club, Unit 6 & 7, Coed y Parc Industrial Estate, Bethesda, Gwynedd, LL57 4YY.
Time: 12:30 hrs – 14:00 hrs.

Sat 21st March 2020
Sat 11th April 2020
Price: £10 per session.
Payment: £30 payable to Bangor Diving by BACS only (available on request). 1st payment of £30.00 (covering Feb – April) by 1st Feb.
Wear: shorts/leggings & T-shirt (no jeans please).
Bring: Water, healthy snacks only.
Coach: Sophie Pipe (L2 diving & L2 gymnastics coach).
Memberships: Divers need to be fully signed up members of Bangor Bilidowcars Diving Club & Swim Wales in order to attend sessions.
